Menopause Fitness Class

Work Smarter, Not Harder.

Navigating menopause and your bodys' changing needs can be challenging, but our Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist Rachel Rose-Murphy, PT, DPT, CSCS is here to help! This class combines clinical injury prevention with heavy lifting, to help women navigate menopause with stronger bones and metabolic power.


What to Expect

This class will teach you how to safely and effectively strength train during menopause. You'll learn how to build muscle and reduce fat around the middle. We will also address concerns like pelvic floor dysfunction, bone health, and balance problems. The goal is to teach you to work smarter, not harder as you learn about your body's changing needs.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays (starting June 9th)

Motherhood Movement Class

Motherhood is an endurance sport, but you don't have to train for it alone. Whether you are six months postpartum or navigating the teenage years, finding the time to prioritize your own physical health can be a challenge.

Motherhood Movement is a dedicated hour designed for busy moms to reclaim their strength, improve their pelvic health, and connect with a community of women who truly get it. Led by Amy Davis, PT, DPT, our expert Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, this class offers much more than a standard workout—it’s movement backed by clinical expertise.


What to Expect

This isn't just a fitness class; it’s a space where your body’s unique needs are understood and supported. Amy integrates her doctor of physical therapy background to ensure every movement is safe and effective.

Total Body Conditioning: Functional exercises designed to build the strength you need for the "heavy lifting" of daily motherhood.

Pelvic Floor Integration: Expert guidance on core stability and pelvic health to help you move with confidence.

Community Connection: A welcoming, low-pressure environment to meet other local moms and share the journey.
