PT-Led Personal Training

The Focus: Clinical-Grade Injury Prevention. Train with a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant with >15 years experience to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness. This is the "gold standard" of training, designed for those with a history of injury or specific medical considerations who want to push their limits safely.

The Advantage: Medical-grade movement screening to proactively correct imbalances before they lead to pain.

Personal Training (Certified Trainer)

The Focus: Strength, Body Composition, & Motivation. Work one-on-one with our Certified Personal Trainers to reach your peak physical potential. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or general health, our trainers provide the accountability and programming you need to succeed.

The Experience: High-energy, goal-oriented sessions tailored to your fitness level, focusing on progressive strength and lifestyle habit coaching.

Small Group (Fitness) Classes

Our classes are small, expert-led, and designed for specific goals. Unlike a big-box gym, we prioritize quality of movement over quantity of repetitions.

RECOVERY & LONGEVITY

Mobility [Reset]: A clinical approach to stretching and joint health. This class "un-sticks" tight tissues and restores your body's natural range of motion.

Balance Class (Beginner & Advanced):

Beginner: Focuses on foundational stability and fall prevention.

Advanced: Challenges the vestibular system and reactive core strength for active seniors and hikers.

STRENGTH & SKILL

Movement Fundamentals: Perfect for those new to exercise or returning from injury. Learn the "Big Five" movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) with perfect form.

Fundamentals of Weightlifting: A technical class focusing on the mechanics of barbell and dumbbell training. Build confidence in the weight room with professional coaching.

Lower Body Strength for Women: A targeted strength program focusing on bone density, glute activation, and lower body power tailored specifically for female physiology.

SPECIALIZED PERFORMANCE

Sports Performance: High-intensity training for athletes looking to improve power, agility, and speed while building a body that is resistant to injury.

Menopause Fitness: Evidence-based training designed for the hormonal shifts of menopause. We focus on heavy lifting for bone health, metabolic conditioning, and muscle maintenance.
