How It Works

Navigating healthcare shouldn't be a headache. At Santa Cruz Mobile PT, we’ve traded the waiting room for a model that prioritizes your time and your results. Whether we meet in your living room or at one of our specialized clinic hubs, here is what you can expect.

Choose Your Environment

1. The Mobile Experience (Outpatient)

Where: Your home, office, or gym.

What we bring: A professional treatment table, diagnostic tools, and portable gear.

The Vibe: High-performance and 100% private.

Best for: Busy parents, professionals, and anyone who wants elite care without the Santa Cruz commute.

*Mobile PT vs. Home Health*

Many people confuse "Mobile PT" with "Home Health." Here is the difference:

Home Health PT: For patients who are medically "homebound" (unable to leave the house). It is often basic, short-term care. We are able to see Medicare clients for their Home Health care after surgery through our contract with Prime Living Home Health

Mobile Outpatient PT (Us): This is high-level orthopedic and sports therapy delivered to your door. You do not need to be homebound. We bring the same equipment and intensity found in a top-tier clinic to your living room.

2. The Clinic Hubs

Where: The Movement Lab (Scotts Valley) or Park Avenue Fitness (Aptos).

What we provide: Access to full gym with squat rack, dumbbells, treadmill, assault bike, and specialized technology.

Best for:

1. Pelvic Health: Private Office in The Movement Lab (only available in Office currently)

2. Sports Performance Lab: Utilization of our Force Plate technology and video analysis.

3. Recovery: Massage Therapy is available both at The Movement Lab and via Mobile.

Your First Visit

1. Comprehensive History: We discuss your goals and what "success" looks like to you.

2. Movement Assessment: We analyze how you move, breathe, and stabilize.

3. Data-Driven Testing: In our clinic locations, we use Force Plates to measure exactly how your body generates and absorbs impact.

4. Treatment on Day One: We start the work immediately. You’ll leave with a clear plan and immediate relief strategies.

The Path to Performance

1. Custom Digital Program: You’ll receive a personalized plan via our app, complete with videos.

2. Direct Access: You have a direct line to your Doctor of PT for questions between sessions.

3. Seamless Transitions: Once your pain is gone, we can transition you directly into Doctor-Led Personal Training or

4. Performance Massage to maintain your gains.
